What it costs depends on how much of your operation you want in there. We'd rather work that out with you than publish a number that fits nobody.
Your data is held in the UK. Registered with the ICO — the full detail goes in writing before you commit.

Term and exit
12 months, then three months' notice.
Same commercial shape whatever sector you're in — the pilot terms tighten it further for a specific engagement, but this is the floor.
Initial term
12 months, paid quarterly in arrears. No upfront invoice.
Notice
Three months, either side, once the initial term is up.
Break clause
Six months in, if it isn't delivering, you can walk. No penalty.
Price
No increase during the initial term. What you're quoted is what you pay.
Data on exit
Exportable at any time. Deleted within 30 days of termination. No exit fee.

Your data stays exportable. That commitment doesn't depend on us still being here.

What happens if we stop paying, or want out?
You give notice per the term above, your data is exported to you, and it's deleted from our systems within 30 days. No exit fee either way.
Is there a setup fee hiding somewhere?
No. The monthly fee covers mapping, configuration, go-live and ongoing support. There's no separate consulting bill, in year one or after it.
What moves the price up or down?
The size and shape of what you want covered — how many people, how many processes, how much of your operation sits inside it. We work that out with you rather than publish a number that fits nobody.
