This website is operated by The Really Simple Group Ltd, trading as Sympl, company number 08788202, registered office 4 Youngs Rise, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, AL8 6RU.

2. Scope

These terms cover use of this website only. They are not a contract for Sympl's services — that is set out in a separate customer or pilot agreement, agreed directly with your organisation, which does not yet exist as a published standard form. If you become a customer, the terms of that engagement are agreed with you in writing before anything is chargeable.

3. Using this website

1. You may view and print pages from this site for your own personal or internal business use.
2. You may not reproduce, republish or redistribute content from this site without our written permission.
3. You must not misuse this website by knowingly introducing viruses or other malicious material, or attempt unauthorised access to it.

4. No warranty

This website is provided "as is". We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
