Getting set up

What we need from you — and what we don't.

No separate consulting engagement. No implementation project. Here's exactly what the first weeks ask of you, and everything they don't.

What we need from you

One named contact and about a day of your time.

What we do not need

No IT time, no system changes, nothing blocked out.

If a request doesn't fit either list, ask. The point of naming both is that nothing else should surprise you.

Said plainly, so there's nothing to catch you out later.

How we would start

Five steps, not a project plan.

  1. A half-hour call, no deck

What you do, roughly how many people, and where the week goes. We tell you honestly whether it's a fit.

  2. A session mapping your real process

An hour with the people who do the work, not the handbook version of it.

  3. A scoped proposal

What's included, what it costs, and what the first weeks look like — specific to what you told us.

  4. Setup, done by us

Configured on the core, not built from scratch. You see the first live area within the first term.

  5. A written review at the end of term one

What changed, what didn't, and what happens next. Not a renewal call dressed up as a check-in.

No deck, no pitch. Half an hour to see if it's a fit.
